Repaired items are backed by three months warranty, if the product become faulty in the warranted months, it will be repaired free of charge. All our refurbished items come with 6 months hardware warranty. We will only repair, replace or refund if the defect is caused by the hardware of its original components.

If the fault is caused by a new hardware installation or any software, we will advise the customer of any incurring charges. If your product is accompanied by manual, please always read the manual before calling us or contacting the manufacturer of the item. Manuals contain important information and trouble shootings for several problems.
